We’re implementing a new billing system in March. This is part of our ongoing effort to bring you better services. As part of this change, you’ll get a new account number, bill format, and new online bill pay experience.
Here’s what to expect:
When the new billing system is implemented, you will receive a paper bill in the mail from TDS with a new account number. With this, you can choose your monthly payment preference.
Easier payment options:
Under the new billing system, you’ll be able to log into or create your TDS MyAccount and enroll in ePay. With TDS MyAccount and ePay, you can pay your bill online and receive notifications, view statements, current balance, and current services for your TDS account. If you pay through your bank, please update your bank with the new, incoming account number and payment address on your new bill. If you prefer to pay by mail, send a check along with the payment stub included with your bill.
Important Information:
Once the new billing system is implemented, existing automatic payments will no longer process and will need to be set up again by the customer.
If you have any questions about these changes, call us at 1-877-422-5282.
PLEASE NOTE: Our St. George retail office will be closed March 6-7. We will open on March 10 at 10:00 a.m. MT.
